Day 1 · Sorong–Waisai–island lodge

Arrive at SOQ in the morning if schedules allow, transfer to the harbour and sail to Waisai, then continue to the agreed island lodge. Dinner at the island lodge. If the flight does not connect with the boat, add a transit night before this programme.

Day 2 · Local island cluster

Breakfast and one boat day to the Arborek/Yenbuba area or alternative stops near the island lodge, chosen by the operator. Lunch break, a village visit and snorkelling where conditions permit. Dinner and a second island lodge night.

Day 3 · Return to Sorong

Breakfast, transfer to Waisai and return boat to Sorong on a verified schedule. Check into a Sorong hotel; lunch and dinner independently. Keep the day flexible for transfer logistics before tomorrow’s flight.

Day 4 · Departure

Breakfast, check-out and transfer to SOQ. No additional sea crossing is scheduled before the flight.

Private land transfers at agreed meeting points. The Sorong–Waisai boat is a shared service, not an exclusive charter.
